I had a solid stay overall, enjoying the location near Darling Harbour. While the rooms were a decent size and provided a pleasant view, the lack of attention to detail in cleaning was frustrating. The breakfast was adequate but not particularly varied, and I found the service to be helpful throughout my stay. However, the hotel did feel slightly dated, and the location among busy roads was less than ideal.

The location is fantastic and offered easy access to nearby attractions, but I found the rooms to be dated and in need of an upgrade. We had a fantastic stay at ParkRoyal, with a pleasant atmosphere and great service. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Town Hall station and Darling Harbour. However, the breakfast could use some improvement and the price was a bit on the higher side for what we received.
