I had a solid stay overall, enjoying the location near Darling Harbour. While the rooms were a decent size and provided a pleasant view, the lack of attention to detail in cleaning was frustrating. The breakfast was adequate but not particularly varied, and I found the service to be helpful throughout my stay. However, the hotel did feel slightly dated, and the location among busy roads was less than ideal.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the customer service left a lot to be desired, especially during the booking process, the friendly staff ultimately provided good service during my stay. The location is fantastic and offered easy access to nearby attractions, but I found the rooms to be dated and in need of an upgrade. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there were definitely some major drawbacks.
